By downloading or using NeckPill, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Przemyslaw Raciborski ("developer"). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

• NeckPill is for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the app.
• You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or redistribute the app or its contents.
• You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose.

3. Health Disclaimer

NeckPill provides fitness exercises for informational and self-improvement purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult your physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have existing neck, spine, or cardiovascular conditions. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain or discomfort during use.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• NeckPill offers auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly and/or annual plans).
• A free trial may be offered to new subscribers. Your subscription starts automatically when the trial ends unless cancelled beforehand.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• All purchases are processed by Apple. Billing, refunds, and subscription management are subject to Apple's Terms of Sale and Apple's refund policy.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within NeckPill — including exercise programs, animations, graphics, and copy — is owned by the developer and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of NeckPill. The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. All billing and refund matters are handled exclusively by Apple under their terms.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of the developer's place of business, except where prohibited by local law.
